Online Business Can Be Lonely and Confusing, but It Doesn’t Have to Be!
What I love about the Wandering Aimfully online business membership and community
If you’ve been a reader for very long at all, you’ve probably heard me mention Wandering Aimfully Membership, better known as “WAIM.”
WAIM is a husband and wife team who teaches evvverrythhhinng you need to know about online business. When I say everything, I mean it.
A peak inside of the WAIM dashboard where you literally have access to thousands of articles, trainings, worksheets and more that Jason and Caroline have compiled over the years.
These are the OG online entrepreneurs who I started learning from back in 2013 and 2014 (they weren’t even married yet when I started hanging around them.) Both Jason and Caroline have built very successful businesses on their own, so when they joined forces in 2019 to create WAIM - an online business community for all things intentional and relational, it was a no brainer for me.

The Wonderful WAIM Community
Through the WAIM membership I’ve met lots of beautiful people from around the world. 2 of which, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in real life!
Tejae is a local artist who showed me around Colorado Springs when we moved here. Her and I had met about a year earlier through WAIM and keep in touch regularly!
Jenni and I met through WAIM in 2019 and have become very close friends over the years. We went to a creative conference together in 2021 and continue to work closely together today through TSHP. :)

WAIM opens for enrollment just twice a year - once in the spring, and once in the fall. Lucky for you, their spring enrollment just opened and will remain so for a short period. 7 Things I love about the Wandering Aimfully (WAIM) Membership
Resources for literally everything.🤩 WAIM’s library is huge. Trainings, workbooks, articles, and videos on literally every online business topic I can think of. If ever I need a boost to get things done, I go to the WAIM library and do my studying on the topic, which always helps me see things more clearly!
Husband and wife team. I find this so inspiring. How many husband and wife teams do you know of who can operate an online business around the world. Not only is this impressive but WAIM and Teachery fully and completely consists of a team of 2. That's it. If you ever have questions or concerns, you’ll be talking to either Jason or Caroline, not a robot, not an assistant. In fact, Jason answers every email PERSONALLY.
World wide community of entrepreneurs. WAIM has become the Mecca for online business owners in my opinion. With their easy to use Slack channel you’re able to connect with other biz owners 24/7. This is the perfect place to ask tech questions, fine accountability buddies and connect more deeply with others who are doing what you do.
Forever access to Teachery. Once you join WAIM you have forever access to their sister platform, Teachery - which is the easiest, breeziest way to build online courses in my opinion. The fact that you get a 2-for-1 deal here amazes me.
You’re never held hostage. (I wrote about that over here.). Have you ever joined a community or program only to find out it 100% was not for you? I’ve been in several programs where I spent thousands of dollars for something I ended up not aligning with. Every one of them held me hostage (a.k.a. would not let me drop my subscription or leave the group) which led to a very bad taste in my mouth. Wandering Aimfully doesn’t do business like that. If you dont like it, you stop paying and that’s it, you’re done. I loved WAIM when I joined in 2019 but then dropped it for a few years to save money while I lived out of a van in New Zealand (that story is over here). When I came back in 2021 I picked the membership right back up with no bad blood on either end. I will forever love them for this!

From “More” Mindset to Enough: My favorite WAIM philosophy
If I had to choose one WAIM philosophy that has been particularly mind-shifting during my business journey it's this: Enoughness.
Jason and Caroline have a solid belief in finding your “Enough Number.” You know how most coaches strive for more, more, more income? You know the multiple 5 figure coaching groups I’ve been a part of in the past? The sky-high vibes and encouragement to dream bigger and bigger until you feel confident enough to run a multimillion dollar company? Yeah I’ve spent a lot of time in that energy, and to be clear, it IS intoxicating! I’m all for dreaming big – but I also believe your dreams have to be in alignment with the truth of who you are and what your soul came to do in this lifetime.
This is where enoughness comes in. Rather than irrationally always aiming for “more”, why not logically compute how much money you really want to make? This exercise changed everything for me. When I watched my mentors go through the ups and downs of owning multi-million dollar businesses, juggling teams of 5, 10, even 25 employees and shooting for bigger and bigger launches each year, I finally realized I actually don’t want to own a multi-million dollar company.
In fact, after completing the “Enough” exercise offered in WAIM, I realized my biggest, fullest, most expanded business revenue would be around $500,000/year, which would put my ideal annual income somewhere around $250k. That is a very clear, tangible, attainable goal that would allow me alllll the lifestyle wants and needs I could think of.
Shooting for $500k in revenue is a very different energy than shooting for the stars and always striving to go up, up and up.
