Hi, I’m Haley Hoover. I am a 5x Author, 2x Certified Success Coach, and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.
I didn't learn business strategy just from a textbook. I have spent years advocating for small business owners in the "hard" world of Economic Development and PR. I’ve seen firsthand what makes a business thrive (and what makes it stall).
But I also learned that "hustling" for success is a fast track to burnout. That’s why I integrated my professional background with my deep training as an Intuitive Healer.
I created The Sparkling Business Academy because I saw too many brilliant women burning out. They had the Sparkle, but they didn't have the Strategy. I am here to give you both.

Yes. The 90-day initial investment is $3000 USD paid in full or 3 monthly payments of $1000. Initial payment must be complete before the first session begins.

Yes. I am an intuitive and a vision holder, first and foremost. I’m not a psychic and I don’t tell you the future per se, but I often receive grand visions for what you COULD choose to step into. Of course, freewill is always at play…

You are hiring me for a 90-day period, rather than per hour or per session. As you honor yourself and your pace of growth, you’ll know how often feels good to meet for you. Typically we will meet once every other week, which shakes out to be 6 sessions over 3 months.

No, I do not offer refunds. You know what you are here to do and why you reached out to work with me. Part of my job is to hold you accountable to your greatest opportunity of success. That being said, if it doesn’t work out, I don’t hold you hostage either.
