Authenticity can sometimes feel like being naked on stage. With each new level of standing in your truth, you release a layer of skin to get there, and that can feel well..vulnerable.
All summer I’ve smelt change in the air surrounding my business. I knew it was coming but I didn't know what it was.
This is where we pause and listen.
It’s in the listening where we find the clarity. Clarity comes in those little nudges towards the next step forward. Those random feelings that you need to do something or stop doing something.
This summer I’d been having nudges about how I work with people one-on-one. It was feeling more matrix-corporate-business-first than I wanted it to. And to be fully honest, the last 12 months have brought me tons of moments of deepening my intuitive abilities and feeling more confident as a healer.
When a yoga student of mine asked about how I could help her with hip flexibility, I instinctually knew it was deeper than the physical. We dove head-first into the mind-body connection and approached healing from a more eastern lens.
When my friends tell me their latest physical ailment, I’m instantly thinking of the mind-body connection and the deeper message their body is trying to convey.
All of this has led me to feeling pretty naked as I stand in front of you sharing my most authentic offer yet.
Healing is the primary offer I want to share now.
I’ve realized that for the soul-led entrepreneurs and curious women in our community, this is the deepest work we can do.

To honor this truth, I’m simplifying and deepening my work. I’m no longer offering Intuitive Business Coaching or Intuitive Art Readings as standalone offers. The essence of what you loved in those sessions is now woven into a more powerful, integrated experience.
I’m also no longer offering free discovery calls to ensure that when we connect, we are both ready to dive deep from the very first moment.
From this point forward, I am simply offering Private Healing Sessions.
These sessions are 90 expansive minutes for $400, available both virtually and in person at my studio in Frederick, Oklahoma.
