The Autumn Unwind:
A Day Retreat
As the world outside begins to quicken its pace toward the holidays, do you feel a deep soul-calling to slow down? Is there a part of you that craves a sacred pause—a day to quiet the noise, come home to your body, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom?
Join Haley at Sparkling Wellness for a deeply nourishing mini-retreat designed to soothe your nervous system and reawaken your creative spirit. This is your permission slip to unwind, restore, and fill your own cup before the busy season begins.
Our Journey together…
Our day will be a gentle journey from quiet restoration to joyful creation.
We will begin by grounding into the wisdom of our bodies with a gentle yoga practice, calming breathwork, and a guided meditation designed to soothe and regulate the nervous system.
From this place of deep calm and presence, we will transition into a sacred creative workshop. Through guided journaling prompts and the magic of intuitive art, you will have the space to connect with your dreams, listen to your inner guidance, and express your soul's truth without expectation or judgment.
You will leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply reconnected to your own inner light, with a piece of personal art that serves as a beautiful anchor for your journey.

Previous Attendees Said…
“We started out as a group of strangers and left as sisters…
…The retreat wasn’t about the bond though, it was about healing, stepping out of your comfort zone, delving into creativity and finding your soul.”
—Nima
“Putting my hands into cold wet paint, while with my eyes closed, showed me a place of “silence” of silencing all those voices in our heads..”
“We laughed, cried, created, and connected. If you are on the fence, jump off and take a chance on yourself. You won’t regret it! ”
I felt deeply seen for ME and not judged.
This is what heaven is and will be like.”
-Julie, Retreat Participant
“Since returning from the retreat, the walls that have been blocking my productivity and creativeness has been shattered. I have been the most productive within my business in these last few weeks since the retreat than I have been in months.”
“If I had the opportunity to speak to someone that was on the fence about joining the next retreat, I would let them know that it would be the best thing they could ever do for themself.”
“If you are considering this retreat or any retreat the Sparkling Hippie puts on, all I can say is do it. You will not be disappointed and you will gain more than can be described.”

The less artistic you think you are, the better for this one! No experience necessary. We’re here to get messy, not make perfect paintings!

Girl, yes. You are talking to a lactose-intolerant lady. I am more than happy to accommodate allergies — this will be inquired in the in-take and registration form.

That is such a real and valid question. When you're feeling stretched thin, the thought of adding one more thing can feel impossible.
But consider this: "busyness" is often a symptom of a depleted energetic battery, not a true lack of time. This day retreat isn't another drain on your energy; it's the charger.
The gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation are specifically designed to soothe your nervous system and shift you out of that frantic, overwhelmed "go-go-go" mode. By investing these four hours in deep rest and restoration, you're not losing time; you're making all of your other hours more focused, calm, and effective. It's a sacred pause that creates more space and ease for everything else in your life.

Thank you for this brave and honest question. It's so important, and you are not alone in feeling this way. Many women have had challenging experiences in groups, and it's completely understandable to be hesitant.
Please know that this is not a typical social gathering. This is a space designed for quiet, inward reflection.
The focus of our day is on your personal journey with the practices—your breath, your mat, your journal, your art. While we will be sharing a supportive and gentle space together, there are no forced icebreakers or expectations to be anyone other than exactly who you are. You can be as quiet and internal as you wish.
Many women who feel this way find that a gentle, structured container like this is actually the most comfortable way to be in a group. It’s a space to connect with yourself first and foremost, alongside other women who are there to do the same. You are so welcome here, exactly as you are.

Absolutely. This will be a very gentle class for all levels. Willingness is all that is required. We provide mats and props as well!
