Homework Assignments + Accountability
Many people say their favorite thing about working with Haley as a coach is that they always know they have a homework assignment and a follow-up date to report back on the assignment. Are you someone who needs a little pressure to get things done? Maybe you simply appreciate the feedback after you complete a big task. Your coach is here to help you either way. Things will get done during this time period. You decide how much and how far you go.
Voxer Access to Haley
for those wild middle of the night thoughts and ideas that you need to bounce off of someone but aren’t sure who you can talk to. A lot of times things percolate in-between sessions and that’s when you need to chat at your coach for a few minutes. Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that we use for that.
