Most content writers research topics from a distance. I’ve spent over a decade working directly with human bodies, minds, and spirits. As a 5-time author, certified Yoga Teacher (YTT-200), Reiki practitioner, and Spiritual Life + Business Coach, I have sat across from real people navigating burnout, energetic blocks, somatic stress, and spiritual awakening.

A Lifelong Writer

I won my first major writing contest in 2nd grade with Random House’s “Write Your Own Mystery Contest” for author Ron Roy.

I started my first blog in 2010 and have blogged consistently and feverishly ever since - fueled by passion and opinions, it’s part of who I am now.

In 2012 I heavily began working toward turning that blog into an online business (though we were all still figuring out what that looked like at the time.)

By 2014 I was writing a weekly column for the local newspaper that continued for 3 years straight.

My professional history is full of writing, and now I’m ready to use my voice for a company that is a force for good.
